These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and GiantSSW ("Company", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the GiantSSW platform, including any associated websites, applications, services, and investment opportunities (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

1.1 By creating an account or engaging in any investment activity, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited.

1.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and maintain its accuracy. False information may result in immediate termination.

1.3 The Platform is not available in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency investments are restricted or prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.

2. Investment Plans and Services

2.1 GiantSSW offers four distinct investment plans: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each plan has a fixed duration of 7 days from the date of deposit confirmation.

2.2 Plan details, including minimum/maximum deposits, projected returns, and associated risks, are displayed on the user dashboard. Returns are not guaranteed and depend on market volatility.

2.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan without prior notice, though active investments will be honored until completion.

2.4 All investments are managed through automated trading strategies and blockchain technology. You acknowledge that past performance does not indicate future results.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits are accepted exclusively in supported cryptocurrencies, including but not limited to Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Binance Coin (BNB), and others as listed on the Platform.

3.2 Minimum deposit amounts vary by plan (e.g., Bronze: equivalent of $100 USD; Platinum: higher thresholds). Deposits below minimum will be rejected.

3.3 Deposits are irreversible. Transaction fees are borne by the User. Confirmation typically occurs within 30 minutes, subject to blockchain network conditions.

3.4 We do not accept fiat currencies directly; conversions must be handled externally.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawals, including principal and any returns, are available only after the full 7-day investment period has ended. Early withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.2 Requests must be submitted via the dashboard and processed in the same cryptocurrency used for deposit. Processing time: 24-48 hours post-period end.

4.3 Withdrawal fees may apply based on network conditions. Minimum withdrawal thresholds enforce to prevent abuse.

4.4 In cases of suspected fraud or AML violations, withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation.

5. Risks and Disclaimers

5.1 Cryptocurrency investments involve substantial risk, including total loss of capital. Market fluctuations, regulatory changes, and technological failures may impact outcomes.

5.2 No guarantees of profit. Projected returns are estimates only. You invest at your own risk and should only use funds you can afford to lose.

5.3 The Platform is not financial advice. Consult independent professionals before investing.

5.4 Force majeure events (e.g., hacks, market crashes) may affect operations; we are not liable for resulting losses.

6. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Maintain confidentiality of login credentials. Enable 2FA. Report unauthorized access immediately.

6.2 Prohibited: Fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, multi-account abuse, automated scripting, or any illegal activity.

6.3 Comply with KYC/AML requirements, including document submission upon request.

6.4 Violations may lead to account suspension, fund forfeiture, and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property and Platform Usage

7.1 All content, trademarks, and software are owned by GiantSSW. Limited license for personal use only.

7.2 No reverse engineering, copying, or distribution without permission.

8. Termination and Suspension

8.1 We may terminate or suspend access at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations or operational reasons.

8.2 Upon termination, outstanding investments may be liquidated at market rates.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiantSSW shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9.2 You indemnify us against claims arising from your use or violations.

10. Amendments, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Terms may be updated; notifications via email or Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10.2 Governed by laws of [Jurisdiction, e.g., Seychelles]. Disputes resolved through arbitration in [Location].

10.3 No class actions; individual arbitration only.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect others.
